AI Solutions Specialist
Full-time Remote AI / Engineering

You'll build, maintain and improve the AI agents that power our products — Hermes (customer service), OpenClaw (workflow automation) and Paperclip (document intelligence). You'll work directly with clients to scope, deploy and tune agents, and help shape what we build next.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Design and deploy LLM-powered agents for client use cases
  • Prompt engineer, evaluate and iterate on agent performance
  • Integrate agents with client systems via APIs and webhooks
  • Monitor, debug and improve live deployments
  • Document agent configurations and client onboarding guides
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic or similar LLM APIs
  • Python proficiency — scripting, APIs, async workflows
  • Understanding of RAG, function calling and agent frameworks
  • Clear communicator — clients are non-technical
  • Self-directed — you get things shipped without hand-holding

Linux Systems Administrator
Full-time Remote Infrastructure

You'll keep our hosting infrastructure running fast and secure — managing shared, cloud, VPS and dedicated servers across our European data centres. You'll handle provisioning, performance, security hardening, backup integrity and escalated customer technical issues.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage and optimise Linux servers (Apache, Nginx, cPanel/WHM)
  • Perform server hardening, patching and security audits
  • Monitor uptime, performance and resource usage
  • Respond to escalated P1/P2 incidents
  • Maintain and test backup and disaster recovery procedures
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3+ years managing Linux servers in a hosting environment
  • Strong cPanel/WHM, Apache, Nginx and MySQL experience
  • Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, SSL, firewalls)
  • Experience with DDoS mitigation and security incident response
  • Scripting in Bash or Python for automation

Full-Stack Web Developer
Full-time Remote Development

You'll build and maintain websites, ecommerce stores and web applications for our clients — primarily on WordPress/WooCommerce and Shopify, with occasional custom builds. You'll work closely with our Studio team on design handoffs and take projects from staging to launch.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Build WordPress/WooCommerce and Shopify sites from design files
  • Develop custom themes, plugins and integrations
  • Integrate payment gateways and third-party services
  • Optimise sites for PageSpeed, Core Web Vitals and SEO
  • Provide post-launch support and maintenance
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Strong PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS — WordPress inside-out
  • WooCommerce and/or Shopify theme/app development
  • Comfortable with Git, staging environments and deployment
  • Eye for detail — you care how things look, not just how they work
  • Able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
